We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Account Managers  to strengthen our team in Aruba.

If you excel at building long-term relationships, identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and possess a strategic mindset with a keen eye for opportunities, we would love to welcome you to our team!

Your role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our organization. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients and maintaining existing relationships. With your commercial drive and customer-focused approach, you’ll grow our client portfolio and establish our boutique broker firmly in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively approach potential B2B clients and expand the client portfolio;
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits and contact;
  • Identify market opportunities and develop new collaborations;
  • Collaborate closely with the Back Office team to ensure excellent service;
  • Be part of the Commercial Team.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Commercial Economics, Banking & Insurance, International Business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, ideally in the insurance industry.
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, and a natural networker with a talent for acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Assurantie B certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in understanding and explaining insurance policies to clients.
  • Experience with insurance softwares, such as ANVA, is an advantage.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, English, and Papiamento.
